- Large house, four floors - on the ground floor there is a reception, an office, a staff apartment, a restaurant, a kitchen and a laundry. There are only eight apartments here, with a total area of 574.1 sq.m. The total area of the large building is 795 sq.m.

- Smaller house, four floors - on the ground floor there is a SPA center with an area of 63.72 sq.m, with a sauna and a swimming pool. There is one apartment on each floor. The total area of apartments in the smaller building is 206.85 sq.m. The total area of the house is 270.57 sq.m.
