Queen's Beach is located next to Milocer Beach and its appeal blends in with its surroundings. It is 120 meters long and is surrounded by cypresses and olive trees.

It was named after the favorite place of Queen Maria Karadjordjevic.

Hotel Kraljičina plaža was built in the early 80s and has not been reconstructed for a long time, therefore today the hotel infrastructure seems dilapidated and impossible for reconstruction necessary to meet the requirements of the tourist offer.

The new hotel on the site of this hotel will expand the accommodation offer and will meet the standards of a 5-star hotel in all aspects.

Now Montenegro is the only state in Europe with an active state investment program for obtaining citizenship by investment.

Montenegro has a valid double taxation treaty with the Russian Federation, a low corporate tax rate (9% of the tax base). Also, the advantage is the absence of income tax for non-residents, gift tax and inheritance tax.

Now Montenegro is a member of the European Monetary Union, NATO, OSCE and WTO.
