€ 450,000 investment in a hotel + € 100,000 non-refundable contribution to the state fund

Upon application for citizenship of Montenegro, both the investor and dependent family members are registered simultaneously: spouse and financially dependent children.

Additional costs include government fees (application fee, due diligence fee, etc.), as well as the cost of legal support services (licensed immigration agent).

The term for consideration of the application by the authorities of Montenegro is 3-6 months.
