Free accommodation is provided for the Investor in his room, free of charge, but not more than 15 days in a row in the low season, and in the high season, no more than 10 days a month.

Ski slopes

The ski slopes of Kolasin are identical in quality to the Alpine ski slopes, and in terms of cost, they are an order of magnitude lower, which attracts amateurs and professionals from all over the world who have appreciated the possibility of comfort and quality at affordable prices. Currently, the length of the ski slopes is 46 km. By the end of 2021, another 15 km will be added to them. In total, the planned total length of ski tracks is 125 km.

In parallel with the construction of the hotel, a project will be implemented to create a large promenade that will connect the hotel with recreational areas and the entire infrastructure of local sports activities, including a ski base. Kolasin, thanks to the development program, is becoming the most modern ski resort. In 2021, a highway will be put into operation, connecting Kolasin with the capital of Montenegro - Podgorica, with its international airport. Travel time between these two cities will be about 30 minutes.
