The Lazi area in Budva is a popular destination among locals and wealthy tourists from all over Europe who value comfort and coziness. There is no tourist bustle, usual for Budva, and the infrastructure of the district provides all the needs.

The structure of the villas:

All floors of the villas are identical in structure. Here, on each floor, there is a large living room combined with a dining area and a kitchen; one double bedroom, terrace overlooking the sea. In the living room there is a large corner sofa that can accommodate two adults.

Each floor has separate entrance doors with a lock. This makes it possible for individual families to rent the villa.

In the courtyard there is an outdoor swimming pool in each villa. Barbecue area. Parking is free for the guests of the villas. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

The road to the sea is comfortable, without slides and slopes. The whole journey takes about 10 minutes, walking.

Change of towels - daily

Change of bed linen - once every 5-7 days, depending on the term of employment

Additional cleaning during the stay is paid separately.

Baby cot available upon request, free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside the villa is not allowed.

Each villa can be rented for long periods at the following prices:

- for one year, at a price of 35,000 euros, or 2,920 euros per month;

- for 6 months, at a price of 20,000 euros, or 3340 euros per month.

The lease terms in these cases cannot be shorter than those for which the corresponding prices are assigned.

For long-term rentals - prices are indicated without taking into account utility bills: water, electricity, internet, garbage collection.

These services when renting in the off-season and for annual rent are paid separately, according to the invoices.
