Rent for a long term, in the off-season, from 8 months or more - 3300 euros per month. The rent does not include utility bills.

The order of payment is the first and last three months, plus a returnable deposit in the amount of one monthly payment. Utilities - paid on the accounts of supplying organizations on a monthly basis.

Conclusion of the Agreement at the Notary:

- upon conclusion of the Agreement at the Notary's office, at the Tenant's request, the cost of rent increases by the amount of taxes due to be paid to the state budget.
