The penthouse has: wi-fi, TV, 3.2 meter ceilings, athermal glazing (prevents air overheating in the heat).
The apartment also has its own separate exit to the roof (you need to go there by elevator). On the roof there is an open lounge-veranda (access only to residents of two penthouses) with its own jacuzzi.
You can sunbathe on the roof or have a fun party.
The sea and beautiful beaches are 300 meters on a flat road.
30 meters away is a new restaurant by the outdoor pool with a children's area. Restaurants and local shops are within a 5-minute walk.
Fans of hiking along the sea will be able to walk along the promenade to noisy Budva (20-30 minutes on foot) or the more secluded scenic Kamenovo beach (20 minutes) - pedestrian tunnels are laid in the rocks on both sides.
The price includes weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required before check-in. The deposit is refunded upon departure.
When placing with animals, the deposit is negotiated separately.
