The apartment has large panoramic windows with athermal glazing (it prevents air overheating in the apartment in hot weather); individual air conditioning, good technical equipment, wi-fi, TV.
The sea is 300 meters on a flat road. In walking distance the best beaches of Montenegro: Becici (pebbles), Rafailovici (sand), Kamenovo (pebbles).
30 meters away is a new cafe by the outdoor pool.
Local restaurants and shops are within a 5-minute walk. On the promenade, within a 15-minute walk - famous restaurants for every taste.
Fans of hiking along the sea can walk along the promenade to the bustling Budva (20-30 minutes on foot) or the picturesque secluded Kamenovo beach (pedestrian tunnels are laid in the rocks on both sides).
The price includes weekly routine cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels.

A deposit of EUR 200 is required before check-in. The deposit is refunded upon departure.
