Before checking in, a deposit of 150 € is charged - for the safety of the property. The deposit is refunded upon departure.
When placing with animals, the deposit is negotiated separately.
Tourist registration tax is not included in the rental price and is paid separately (1 € per day per adult, 0.5 € per child from 12 to 18 years old; children under 12 years old - free of charge).
